1. About FCS

FCS provides professional development training, executive coaching, business consulting, athlete player development, and speaking engagements to corporate clients and individual professionals. We operate from Kingston, Jamaica and Dallas, Texas, and we serve clients globally. The Site is a brochure website used to describe what we do and to invite prospective clients to begin a conversation with us.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and business purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems
• Interfere with the operation of the Site, including by introducing malicious code
• Scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of the Site's content without our written permission
• Impersonate another person or organization when submitting information through the Site

3. Informational content only

Content on the Site — including descriptions of our services, case studies, articles, and team biographies — is provided for general information. It does not constitute professional, legal, financial, medical, or coaching advice, and it does not create a coach-client, consultant-client, or any other professional relationship. 4. Engagements are governed by separate agreements

Nothing on the Site is an offer to provide services. Any actual coaching, consulting, training, or speaking engagement between FCS and a client is governed by a separate written agreement (such as a proposal, statement of work, or letter of engagement) signed by both parties. That agreement, not these Terms, determines the scope, fees, deliverables, timeline, and confidentiality obligations of the engagement.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, photography, graphics, logos, frameworks, methodologies, training materials, and the FCS name and brand — is owned by Fusion Consulting Services or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages of the Site for your own non-commercial use. You may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any portion of the Site without our prior written consent.

Client and partner logos shown on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used to identify organizations FCS has worked with.

6. Information you submit

When you submit information through our contact form, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We handle that information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please do not submit confidential, sensitive, or proprietary information through the contact form; a more secure channel will be agreed once an engagement is underway.

7. Testimonials and results

Testimonials, case studies, and performance results shown on the Site reflect the experience of specific clients in specific situations. They are illustrative and are not a guarantee or prediction of results for any other organization or individual. Outcomes depend on many factors, including the client's own goals, context, and commitment to the engagement.

8. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Visiting a third-party site linked from the Site is at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms and privacy policy.

9. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FCS makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. 10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FCS and its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site is limited to one hundred United States dollars (US$100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify FCS against any claim or loss arising from your misuse of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of any third party's rights.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the courts of Jamaica, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
